Two tuna steaks, four avocados and a bunch of Bost $Two tuna steaks, four avocados and a bunch of Boston and red leaf lettuce leaves are the main ingredients in this delicious dish 🐟🥑 I used to make it years ago, but for some reason, haven’t made it in a long time and had to recall the recipe from memory 📝 I’m happy to give you a loose {RECIPE}: One finely minced shallot, three cloves of garlic, minced, a teaspoon of grated ginger, a teaspoon of coriander, half a teaspoon of curcuma, a few sprigs of flat leaf parsley, minced, a few grinds of fresh black pepper, sea salt to taste (about a quarter teaspoon in my case) and half a cup of olive oil. Mix. Reserve 4 tablespoons of this dressing and add 1/3 cup soy sauce to the remaining dressing. Use this mix to marinate the tuna for a minimum of two hours. On a hot skillet, sear the tuna, one to two minutes per side depending on its thickness. Remove tuna from the skillet and let it cool down. Peel and dice the avocados and place in a bowl. Cube the tuna and add to the bowl. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and mix gently with a spatula. Distribute the Boston lettuce leaves in 6 plates and spoon avocado tuna mixture on top.
